Xperience Program: Impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic

Merz Aesthetics Customers,
We have recently learned that our Xperience Program vendor has been severely impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and was forced to shut their doors as of Monday, April 6th.
As we did not receive a notification of their current situation, we found out very recently that they are no longer supporting our Xperience Rewards Program. We are working to address this situation, and are currently figuring out next steps for the program.
If your patients have redeemed a card but have not yet used it, and would like to view their card information or balance, they can contact +1 866-845-6273 for support.
There is a short term solution for un-redeemed Patient Cash Cards. If you have a Patient in your practice that has any un-redeemed and unexpired Xperience Program Cash Cards and are trying to redeem, please have the patient call the Merz Customer Solutions team at +1 888-972-4588. We have a process in place to cover those patients while we are working towards a longer term and improved Xperience Program.
